4. Exchanges
4.1. Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns on our Raw or Virgin Bundles, closures and frontals but do offer exchanges to ensure you receive the best quality product. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The Hair must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate an exchange.
